Training
COMAS offers, in class and on site, technical training to operators and maintenance teams, with the goal of optimizing the "operator-machine-process" integration.
Technical coaching
Following the installation process, COMAS offers an on-site service to support customer's operators and maintenance teams at the beginning of the production phase.
The same on-site service is available throughout machinery lifetime to finetune the technicians' skills.
Documentation
Machines are supplied with a full set of documentation (i.e. machine manuals, spare parts catalogues, operators' manuals, etc.). Manual documentation is issued in the customer’s native language, when possible.
