Our Casing and Flavour preparation kitchens are Customised, comprising of the following options:

  • Steam or electrical heating of preparation and holding tanks
  • Product stirrers to suit application
  • Fully automated vessel and pipework cleaning systems

  • Fully ATEX compliant or "Explosion Proof", to suit your local legislation
  • All transfer pipework systems are manufactured in AISI 316 grade stainless steel
  • Quick-release hygienic pipe fittings used throughout
  • Direct liquid transfer from preparation to process, if required

Every Casing and Flavour preparation kitchen is manufactured to the highest quality, with all product and liquid transfer contact surfaces being produced from high quality stainless steel. All kitchen systems are fully pre-assembled at our manufacturing facility in Italy, to allow customer's pre-delivery inspection and to ensure a fast first class installation at your site.
